Building on the assessment process, 1skip works directly with stakeholders to build an implementation strategy and investment plan that supports the fishery to transition to more sustainable practices. Utilizing a robust tool kit of supply chain innovation models, including lean manufacturing, cold chain and food safety expertise and proprietary Information Technology (IT) systems, we optimize the supply chain to maximize the economic value for the stakeholders in local and export markets. We recycle a portion of that value to finance the behavior change we need to see in-the-chain and on-the-water providing the maximum economic benefit for stakeholders to comply with the development work plan. We believe, and have proven, that it is only the creation of value for the stakeholders and sharing the benefits of this value that truly incentivizes change and enables a sustainable industry.
